2. Data categories
Depending on the feature, CreateLibre may process account and identity details; contact details; questions and replies in the support assistant; books, audio, messages and community content; membership, quote, payment-status and delivery records; reading progress, security signals and cookie choices. Full card data is processed by the licensed payment provider and is not stored on CreateLibre servers.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to create and secure accounts, provide reading/publishing and marketplace services, perform contracts, comply with law, establish or defend rights, prevent abuse and support proportionate legitimate interests. Consent is used where required for optional cookies, marketing or transfers.
4. Collection, recipients and transfers
Data comes from forms, uploads, reading/listening activity, community interactions, support-assistant conversations, payment status callbacks and security logs. Necessary data may be shared with configured hosting, database, email, payment, AI content-processing and security providers; the professional or client you choose; advisers; and competent authorities. International transfers are assessed under applicable transfer rules and safeguards.
The support assistant may send conversation text to the configured AI service to prepare an answer. The visitor's name, email and phone are not included in that model input. When human review is required, the contact details and relevant transcript are emailed to CreateLibre support.
5. Retention and security
Records are kept only for the service, legal, tax, rights and dispute periods that apply, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Reasonable organisational and technical measures are used, although no internet service can promise absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access, information, correction, deletion where applicable, restriction/objection where applicable, recipient information and review of relevant automated outcomes. You may withdraw consent prospectively. Contact the support address and include enough information to verify your request.
