3. Characteristics, term and performance
Plan duration, scope, quota, technical requirements, start time and limitations are shown before payment. Digital performance normally starts after payment confirmation and necessary checks.
4. Price and pre-contract information
The total price, currency, taxes, renewal, payment method, provider identity, performance, withdrawal, complaint and compatibility information are shown clearly before the consumer assumes a payment obligation. The record is supplied on a durable medium where required.
5. Withdrawal and early digital performance
Applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain available. If the consumer asks digital content or services to begin before the withdrawal period ends, any required express prior consent and acknowledgement of the legal effect on withdrawal must be collected separately. Exceptions are not presumed.
6. Cancellation, renewal and refunds
Renewal terms are shown before payment. Future renewal can be stopped through the account or support channel. Refunds for valid withdrawal, duplicate charge, defective performance or other mandatory grounds are handled through the payment method and applicable legal time limits.
7. Complaints, records and data
Consumers may contact support and retain all mandatory local consumer remedies. Order, notice, acceptance, delivery and withdrawal records are kept for the legally required period. Personal data is handled under the Privacy and Cookie Notice.
