You actively accept this agreement when creating an account. Privacy information and optional consents remain separate.
1. Parties and account
This agreement is between the CreateLibre operator and the account holder.

2. Account security
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, do not transfer the account or impersonate another person, and report unauthorised access promptly.
3. Free and paid services
Public community books are free to read online. Account creation and authorised book, ebook, audiobook or professional-profile publication are free. Complete ebook/audiobook library access and designated production tools require an active plan. The current scope and price are shown before payment.
4. Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of your content and confirm that you hold the necessary rights. You grant CreateLibre a service-limited licence to host, technically process, display, distribute and promote the work according to the visibility and edition settings you choose. Unauthorised, unlawful or infringing content may be restricted or removed.
5. Community conduct
Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, doxxing, spam, manipulation, unlawful content and security abuse are prohibited. Users may block, report and appeal where provided.
6. Professional marketplace
Professional accounts are free. Professionals set each quote. CreateLibre records a 5% platform commission on successfully paid marketplace work; the professional receives 95% before their own taxes and costs. Scope, revisions, licences, source files and delivery must be recorded in the job.
7. Membership and cancellation
Plan, price, renewal and cancellation details are displayed before payment. Transaction-specific withdrawal and refund rights appear in the pre-contract information and distance sales agreement.
8. Earnings and AI tools
Estimated author earnings are not a guaranteed payout and are subject to qualified-use, fraud review, settlement and tax rules. AI output can be inaccurate or infringing; review before publication and do not submit content you cannot lawfully process.
9. Suspension, availability and liability
Reasonable restrictions may be applied for security, law, copyright, fraud, payment or community violations. Services can be interrupted for maintenance, provider failures or force majeure. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Changes, law and contact
Material changes are notified appropriately and renewed acceptance is requested where required. Mandatory local consumer rights remain applicable.
